The Little Things :)

Well you guys have probably heard that saying that goes something like 'it's the little things in life that make a big difference', right? So I just thought I'd list all the little things in my life that I think make a big difference.
1. My 'Nightly Routine' Every night before I go to bed I get a hot chocolate and a book and I sit there reading, drinking, listening to Capital and texting (mostly Lauren and Nick).
2. Redbush I have now developed a habit where I MUST drink two cups of Tetley Redbush Tea twice a day every day, because they told me to (apparently it will make me feel refreshed). After a week of getting into this routine, last night I realised that I hadn't had my evening cuppa yet, so I went to make one and there was no Redbush left!! By this time I was craving it quite badly, ask my friends, they will tell you that I was having a nervouse breakdown at that point. You'll be glad to hear I found some tea in the end.
3. A boyfriend with warm hands I have crap circulation in my hands and today Lauren made me wait outside for her for AGES in the freezing cold and by that time my hands felt pretty much like ice cubes. Luckily I saw Nick afterwards and he has extreeemely warm hands so about five minutes of standing there holding his hands and I was warm again :D

That's the most important ones I feel are in my life right now. Of course there are other little things like good hair days and stuff but isn't that the same for everyone?;)

I [don't] like to ride my bicycle.

Guess what I did this weekend?? I cycled 30miles, that's what i did this weekend! Urgh. 30miles. That's more than I've walked in like, two days. More painful than DofE? Hmm, maybe... Ouchy. Not as painful as my brother found it though; we managed to complete the whole bike ride without any falls or injuries and just as we cross the finish line something gets caught in my brother's wheel and he does a complete flip over the handle bars...... looked pretty painful, actually:/ although I gotta admit i was kinda disappointed that he didnt break his leg or something, I wanted to but my first aid skills into practise ;D hahaaaaa.
So yeah the result of that is that I ached like hell today but at least I raised some money for the British Heart Foundation.

Blogging

Hey guys!
Yeah, so I haven't blogged in a while so I thought I'd do a post tonight. However, the thing is that I have no idea what to write about..... well, I have lots of ideas what to write about but none of them are really that interesting and to be honest, who really wants to read about my life? It's really not that interesting, I go to school, I see my friends, I write music, I sail. That's pretty much it. Oh yeah, and I embarrass myself to a point that can't really get much more embarrassing.
Ooooohh, I'll tell you what'sactually quite interesting; I got a boyfriend! :D He's lovely:) and whats amaazing is the fact that usually after about four days of being in a relationship I just think 'no.' and it ends, but I honestly don't feel like that with Nick so its great so far ;D
I really have no idea what else to write about and I'm trying to keep it short so I don't kill the world with boredom, so I guess bye guys!

BE HAPPY :D

I had DofE this weekend! Why am I so happy?!? The first day was just manic. Like literally, I was SKIPPING through fields with a 65 litre rucksack on ?! Well my theory was to ignore the pian and just have fun and be happy so I guess my theory worked, yay ;D I think one of the reasons I enjoyed the first day so much is because there is this 'certain someone', and I saw this certain someone in the morning before we left and I think their face constantly embedded in my head kept me going. I slept like a baby that night. In a tent. No seriously, I actually did. Wow. I kinda didn't sleep in my tent, I slept with Lauren Val and Meera (4 people in a three-man tent - cosy) leaving Valicia on her own (sorry Valicia!<3) so to be honest I was just comfier and warmer...... So I was full of energy the next day :D Until about lunchtime, but I had a little snooze then so that's okay ;D at the end it was just pain. In my feet. Owwwwwwwwww. They still hurt. Ouch.
So it's the one weekend when we're not allowed to use our phones and I think I'm gonna be fine in terms of saving credit and stuff and I end up using ALL of my credit (about £5) texting one guy?!?  Oops.....
Anyways, I shall leave you with this thought: me standing in a field in my bra and knickers. I have zero diginity.

My Average Day :)

Hey guys!
Just thought I'd tell you what I did today so you know what kind of person I am and what I do with my spare time....
So when I'm not sitting at home on the computer still in my giant babygrow I usually go and meet friends in Loughborough. I live aages away from Loughborough and the only way of me getting there on a weekday is by bus - I also live about a mile away from the bus stop. I had to walk down there at 10 o'clock this morning. Honestly, the things I do for the people I love...
When we're in town the usual way we do things is; park, McDonalds, park, George's house. That's pretty much what we did...... I left George's house pretty late though which meant I had about five minutes to walk the entire length of town...... my legs hurt like hell after that. Something real starnge happened to my brain on the bus: I went into one of those moods where all you do is think? Weird. Then I got off the bus and the driver was like 'You need to give me a good bollocking!' ...... not sure if he was talking to the lady in front of me or not......
The walk home is so painful because its uphill like aaaall the way D: luckily i happened to walk past a very cute-looking guy with a very nice face indeed so that took at least some of the pain away ;) unfortunately he was wearing a pink JW hoodie which kinda suggested that he 'bats for the other team' ... I also bumped into my brother riding my mum's brand new bike so he let me ride that up the hill while he carried my handbag, yay :D And now I'm off to sleep in a tent with a load of girls ;)
So now you know what kind of stuff I get up to during the holidays..... Hope it wasn't too boring for you! :)

Okay so I know I only just posted like, half an hour ago, but within that short time i worked out how to change the design of my blog.
So could you guys please give me some feedback on Facebook or Twitter or whatever on what you think of the fonts etc. i.e. is it readable?

Back to School Shopping!

Hello everyone(:
I would just like to point out the state of the economy these days - I spent about £50 on stationery alone today (well my mum did). Shocking, I know. Honestly though, fifty pounds for what, a couple gluesticks, HB pencils, highlighters and some pretty coloured stuff? Mind you, it was both mine and my little brother's stationery put together and to be honest his stuff probably cost more because he's starting big school (omg!) and therefore needs more stuff. Can't believe my baby brother's gonna be in Year 7, he's gonna be at the same school as all my guy mates! And before you ask, yes, he has mastered the hair flick required for teenage boys. He's a natural; a bit spazzy, but he's got the hang of it :) however, it does mean i now need to be with him at every single haircut because otherwise they cut his whole fringe off and that's just like, no.
So i think I've said all I need to say, really. Oh yes, I would like to dedicate this post to Robert, because Andy told me to :)
